What's the Fishbowl

We are based out of Louisville, KY where swimmers from all backgrounds can have a place to learn, grow and belong. No Judgement.

We don't prescribe to the swimming dogma of more training = faster swimming. We base our knowledge off scientific findings. The designs and drive behind The Fishbowl revolve largely around community and swimming education. Each session and educational module is based on decades of research and actual time spend swimming in the pool and in competitions by many swimmers who all believe in this idea.

The Fishbowl represents a sense of inner confidence and calmness, a sense of certainty that every swimmer has right before they perform the best swim of one's life. Take a deep breath in and exhale; that's The Fishbowl way. For me many things bring this feeling but these two really do the trick: losing track of time swimming in the pool and spending quality the people that help to make it all possible.
