Blondell is a swimmer—a coach, technique analyst, writer, stroke instructor, data enthusiast, and newsletter creator. He has spent his life building a relationship with the sport rooted in patience, confidence, and joy—with the ultimate goal of helping others feel completely at home in the water.
As a competitive swimmer, Blondell reached the sport’s highest levels, competing as a 3-time NCAA All-American, racing at the U.S. Olympic Trials on three separate occasions, and representing his team in international competition. Through years of high-level training and world travel, he learned that great swimming isn't built on pressure or fear, but on trust, core balance, and body awareness.
Today, Blondell translates those decades of experience into accessible online swimming courses and personalized swim analytics. He is currently developing progression video masterclasses on race strategy, stroke mechanics, and technical breakdowns to help swimmers understand their own swimming without feeling overwhelmed.
